FAQ

TOP QUESTIONS
  • What's the difference between deodorant and antiperspirant?
    • Anti-perspirant prevents you from sweating. That is, the aluminum contained in anti-perspirant acts as a plug on your body’s sweat ducts and prevents you from sweating and releasing other byproducts of sweat. Natural deodorant works by reducing and neutralizing odors associated with sweat.
  • Is Tribal tested on animals?
    • No, we never test on animals except humans who volunteer to try Tribal.
  • Where do you ship?
    • We ship internationally.
  • Does Tribal have a referral program? How does it work?
    • We sure do! If you’re loving Tribal and want to share with a friend, we offer referral rewards through our referral program! Just send your special referral link to friends via email, Facebook, or text. Once an order has been placed through your link, an email will be sent to you with your reward (a code for a discount with your next order)! Please note that the reward codes cannot be used with other codes. If you have a Tribal subscription, your gift card will be automatically added to your next renewal order! If you’re having any issues with your rewards, please contact us at info@tribaldeo.ca and we can help!
  • Does Tribal use synthetic scents?
    • No! We never have and never will use synthetic scents. We use a mix of essential oils that have added benefits from just merely smelling good.
  • Will Tribal stain my clothing?
    • Ah, the dreaded hello sweat stains. These are sometimes the result of chemical interactions between minerals in your sweat and the aluminium found in antiperspirants - however, Tribal contains no aluminium salts, so no worries there! We also recommend that you avoid over-applying (to prevent oils from getting into your clothing's fibres), stay away from tight-fitting clothing and synthetic fabrics, and that you ensure your underarms are dry before applying deodorant - mixing your doe with water makes staining more likely.
    • Lastly, if your using our stick doe, try holding it under your arm momentarily to soften coconut oil on contact with body heat. This helps speed up the absorption and prevent excess product from winding up on your clothing.
